Escaping criticism
Pere Borrell del Caso (1835-1910) was a Catalan painter, illustrator and engraver best know for his painting Escaping criticism (1874), a good example of trompe-l'oeil, an art technique which uses realistic imagery to create the optical illusion that depicted objects exist in three dimensions. The positioning of the hands, feet, and head "outside" the painted frame, and the shadows falling on to it, are what creates the illusion here of the figure climbing out of the painting. By holding up your hands to crop off the "frame", it becomes a painted figure that could be in any number of paintings.

The art techniche of trompe-l'oeil is like the trap of internet, because the network is really not real, but it creates a psicological illusion that exist, sometimes more than the real world. A good exemple to undertand that I say it, you cand find in Chronicles of the hidden truth (1955) written by Pere Calders i Rossinyol (1912-1994), and you will discover that actually internet and their effects was imaginated before net era. Without going further like politicians, merchants or magicians who show us everyday, the reality is a real trompe-l'oeil. At least, I hope Only under Boungaville shadow can you imagine your authentic "deceive the eye".
